Ultimate Long Drive (ULD™) Policies

  1. Commitment to Enjoyment- ULD™ prioritizes creating a fun, engaging experience for all participants, fostering a positive community atmosphere at every event.
  2. Inclusivity and Accessibility – Participants of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds, including military veterans and first responders, are welcomed.
  3. Flexible Age-Based Competition – ULD™ supports Hitters in competing at an age level for which they are qualified, offering flexibility to transition age divisions based on birthdays.  
  4. Membership-Driven Community – Active membership is required and is the foundation for participation, point accumulation, and championship eligibility.
  5. Competitive Structure – Events are organized into Amateur and Money Divisions, for local leagues, tour events, and championship events. Hitters may qualify for the World Championship on points and ULD™ Major wins. ULD™ Tour events and League Championship events are considered ULD™ Majors. League points and overall series points are separate paths for qualification. 
  6. Adaptability to Conditions – In the face of unsafe weather conditions or any other unforeseen challenges, ULD™ will ensures event completion by adapting formats as needed, prioritizing participant safety and fairness over rigid scheduling.
  7. Pathway to Championships – ULD™ promotes widespread opportunity by creating multiple avenues to the annual World Championship via leagues, qualifiers, and wild cards—for Hitters to earn invitations to the World Championship.
  8. Recognition of Excellence – ULD™ celebrates top performers through rankings, awards, and major event invitations, reinforcing a culture of merit and participation.
  9. Refund Policy – Membership fees are non-refundable. Requests for event fee refunds are only accepted if requested prior to the day of the event. Money / purse contributions are non-refundable after purse announcements have been made.
