Host Destination for Xtreme Long Drive® (XLD) Team Series Events

I. Executive Summary

Ultimate Long Drive, Inc. (ULD) invites proposals from destination marketing organizations, sports commissions, and tourism boards interested in hosting an Xtreme Long Drive® (XLD) Team Series event in 2026 and beyond.

XLD represents the next evolution in the sport of long drive — a team-based, simulator-powered competition merging live athletic performance with high-impact broadcast and digital exposure. Designed for modern audiences, XLD delivers significant destination visibility with a smaller on-site footprint and a much greater media reach.

ULD will host 3–6 pilot XLD events during the 2026 season, expanding to a full national winter series in 2027. Early host destinations will receive first consideration for recurring events as the series grows nationally and internationally.

II. About Xtreme Long Drive® (XLD)

  • Parent Organization: Ultimate Long Drive, Inc. (ULD)
  • Founded: 2017
  • Global Reach: 200+ annual outdoor events across 10+ countries
  • Indoor Expansion: Team-based hybrid competition format using simulator and launch monitor technology
  • Distribution Partner: WingDing MEDIA™ — multi-platform OTT network (Roku, Fire TV, Apple TV, iOS, Android, Web)
  • Team Composition: 4–5 athletes per team
  • Event Scale: 2–6 teams (8–30 competitors)
  • Duration: 1–2 days including setup and teardown

XLD combines the excitement of outdoor long drive with the accessibility and year-round engagement of indoor competition — delivering unmatched media and tourism value.

III. Event Objectives

  • Showcase host destinations through broadcast and streaming distribution.
  • Deliver measurable economic and media impact through tourism and digital exposure.
  • Expand the sport of long drive using simulator technology and new venues.
  • Create sustainable, long-term partnerships with host destinations.

IV. Event Scale & Partnership Options

Xtreme Long Drive® offers scalable event models tailored to each destination’s resources and goals.

Option 1 – Destination Showcase (Full Production Model)

A full-scale production designed to highlight the destination through broadcast integration and professional athlete participation.

  • Venue: Auditorium, arena, or civic center
  • ULD Provides: Mobile simulators, practice nets, AV systems, scoring, and broadcast team
  • Setup/Teardown: Approximately one day each side of the event
  • Staff: 6–8 personnel
  • Purse: Fixed purse required

Option 2 – Facility Partner Event (Reduced-Footprint Model)

A streamlined competition hosted within an existing indoor golf facility, reducing logistics, staffing, and setup requirements.

  • Venue: Indoor golf or simulator facility (3–6 bays)
  • ULD Provides: Production team, branding, scoring, and broadcast operations
  • Setup/Teardown: Same-day
  • Staff: 3–4 personnel
  • Purse: Fixed purse required

Both models deliver substantial broadcast exposure, destination branding, and community engagement, while varying in on-site footprint and local investment.

V. Prize Purse & Sponsorship Collaboration

Each XLD event includes a fixed purse requirement to ensure elite athlete participation and premium broadcast content.

Ultimate Long Drive will collaborate with host destinations to identify local or regional sponsors who wish to align their brands with the event and support prize funding or production costs.

Sponsorships may include presenting rights, on-screen logo placement, social media features, and hospitality activations — all supported with measurable ROI and exposure across WingDing MEDIA™ and ULD channels.

VI. Media & Marketing Deliverables
